A two day workshop exploring the possibility of working with both traditional and acrylic resists. This is an introductory workshop which aims to encourage artists to explore and develop their drawing and mark making skills within the realms of print. Over two days the artists will work with Tracy Hill learning new skills and providing understanding of materials allowing the possibility to experiment using line and texture creating unique prints.
Tracy Hill works as co-leader of Artlab Contemporary Print Studios at UCLan and has taught print for over 20 years. She is a multi-disciplinary artist who’s research research examines how the conventional processes of printmaking can be combined with acrylic, digital and technological developments to produce new ways of challenging the traditions of print.
